In January 1990 (over a decade ago,) God through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, began to reveal to me, Bishop H. Frank Hemby Sr., His Purpose and the Vision concerning the Kingdom of God and Kingdom building.

Psalms 60:4 said that God has given a BANNER to them that fear thee, that it may be DISPLAYED because of the TRUTH.

Since that time until now, God has COMMISSIONED and ORDAINED CTBOCD Inc. to do a NEW THING in the Church of God by Carrying The Banner Of Christian Distinction for Christ. Jesus is the Banner of Salvation.
